5. No Returns or Refunds Policy

No Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges except in the following cases:

    • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos and your order number. If approved, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.

    • Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours with a photo and order details. Upon verification, we will send the correct item at no additional cost.

  • To file a claim, visit our Claims Page and provide the necessary details.

  • Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be eligible for review.

  • Queen of Haircare reserves the right to make the final decision on all claims.

 

6. Subscription Service The Crown Care Club / The Royal Circle

  • Our subscription service offers exclusive discounts and automatic deliveries. Our subscription service follows a pre-set delivery schedule, which is shown at checkout for complete clarity before you subscribe.. A pre-set delivery schedule of selected frequency such as (weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, etc.). Based on product and current national and international customer purchasing data.

  • Subscribers can manage, modify, or cancel their subscription anytime before their next billing date.

  • Discounted subscription pricing applies only while the subscription remains active.

  • Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
